 Protect your soul (you) & body (visibility) from every form of influence (drive. Spirit) except that which is in Christ. Spirits also refers to that which has an independent/dependent decision. Although, there are capacity levels, but, whatever that has life, desire & expression is a spirit. E.g. Man is a spirit that is made Visible via Earth (mixture of sand/water/blood), Angels are spirit that have neutral body, & there are spirits which can't be visible except they posses anything that's noticeable, because, some (Angels. A.K.A. Demons) were held bound (i.e. their visibility was taken away) by God. _ Divinfavor .C'

There can't be two captains in a ship.  God (Christ) is not three persons, nor is God in three persons. And, these Statement, "..in the name of God the father/Son/Spirit..", doesn't make 3 Gods, it's just a name terminology that refers to who/what God is & can be for anyone, i.e. just like, i am a Boss/Friend to some people and they call me Sir/Buddy, as well as a husband/father to my wife/children, and she/they call me honey/daddy.
